Hello & Welcome!

I’m here to help you begin or maintain a devoted yoga practice that helps nurture your body, mind, and spirit so that you can live with a greater sense of presence and joy.

Whether teaching in-person or online, I aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every student feels empowered to explore their yoga journey authentically. I guide students to find a personal alignment in each posture that supports their body and goals. My classes are a blend of mindfulness, breathwork, and thoughtfully sequenced postures designed to help students experience an embodied and enduring sense of balance and presence.

With over 20 years of yoga teaching experience, I am trained and certified to teach vinyasa, power, yin, gentle hatha, and chair yoga styles for all experience levels. My teaching is continuously evolving as I learn and grow.
