Hello & Welcome!

I’m here to help you begin or maintain a sustainable yoga practice that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit so you can live with a greater sense of presence and joy.

Whether teaching in-person or online, I aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every student feels empowered to explore their yoga practice authentically. I guide students to discover an alignment in each posture that honors and supports their body and goals. My classes blend mindfulness, breathwork, and thoughtfully sequenced postures designed to help students experience a lasting, embodied sense of balance and presence.

With over two decades of teaching experience, I’m trained in multiple yoga modalities, including Power Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle Hatha, Accessible Chair Yoga, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga.

I currently teach both online and in-person studio classes in Ohio. I also offer specialized yoga sessions for caregivers through the nonprofit organization Caregiver Whole Health™, as well as therapeutic yoga for individuals in addiction recovery. In addition, I co-lead YogaDownload’s online yoga teacher training, working with students across the globe as they step into teaching and deepen their understanding of yoga.

As both teacher and student, I am committed to continuous learning and growth, approaching every class with openness, curiosity, and compassion.
